Kindergarten Registration Process

Students must turn 5 before September 1

Documentation needed: 

Original birth certificate

Social security number

Physical dated within the last 12 months

Shot record, up to date and signed by physician-Must be on a Florida form

Two proofs of residency, name and service address on two of the following: utility bill, electric, water, land line phone, cable, rent receipt or lease agreement. 

Grades 1-5 Registration Process (for families new to Lealman)

In District Transfers:

Two proofs of residency, name and service address on two of the following: utility bill, electric, water, land line phone, cable, rent receipt or lease agreement.

Must make a reservation at www.pcsb.org with parent portal ID and password.

Out of District or Out of State Transfers:

Proof of grade level (report card)

Original birth certificate

Social security number

Physical dated within the last 12 months

Shot record, up to date and signed by physician

Pre-K3/VPK Registration

Documentation Needed:

For VPK Only: ELC Voucher or Certificate of Eligibility - Apply online at www.vpkpinellas.net for this form

Birth Certificate

Florida Certificate of Immunization

Physical Exam within one year of registration

Proof of residency: utility bill, rental agreement or lease, closing document or tax statement with homestead exemption
